These terms cover this website. They are not the software agreement — there is no product to subscribe to yet, so there is nothing here about billing, uptime or liability for a service that does not exist.

You may read it, quote it and link to it. The Ayer name and the wordmark are ours. The written content is ours. The example advertisements shown on this site are compositions built for demonstration and are not real campaigns for real brands.
The figures on this site
Every performance figure shown here is labelled Illustrative or Simulated · not a customer account, and that is literal: they are plausible placeholders, not measurements taken from a live account, because there is not one yet. Prices shown are our launch intent and may change before launch. Do not treat anything on this page as a forecast of what Ayer will do for you.
Early access
Joining the list is not a purchase and does not reserve a place. We may invite people in any order, and we may decide a particular account is not a fit. Nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel.
Changes
We will change these terms as the product becomes real. The date at the top is the version you are reading. Questions go to hello@ayer.ai.
