What we collect

If you submit the early-access form we store your name, work email, company, the role you selected, the ad-spend range you selected and your message. The form also records which page you submitted from and the country code Cloudflare attaches to the request, so we can tell apart genuine signups and bot traffic.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or A/B testing on this site, and there are no third-party scripts on it. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to run the early-access list. That is the whole purpose. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made of us, and for the monthly email it is your consent, which you can withdraw in one click from any message.

Where it lives

Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in an EU region, and this site is served from Cloudflare’s network. If we send you a notification email it goes through our email provider, which processes your address to deliver it. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them to train anything.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access list closes or you ask us to delete it, whichever is first. If you tell us you are not interested we delete the record rather than keeping it warm.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ayer.ai and it will be done by a person, not a workflow. If you are in the EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

When the product launches

Running Ayer on a real ad account involves a much larger set of data than this form, and it will have its own processing agreement and sub-processor list rather than being bolted onto this page. Ask and we will send you the current draft.
